How to pack and post golf clubs to us

In short

Agree a price with us first. Then protect the club heads, pack the clubs tightly in a long, strong box, and either book a courier yourself or ask us to arrange a collection. We add the postage to your payment.

Before you post

Please don’t post anything until we have agreed a price from your photos, and check the few clubs we don’t buy. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Packing your clubs

  • Put headcovers on the woods, hybrids and putters if you have them.
  • Wrap each head in bubble wrap or newspaper so the heads don’t knock together.
  • Tape the shafts together in a bundle, with a little padding between them.
  • Use a long, strong box, such as a golf club box. Golf shops often have spare ones.
  • Fill any gaps so nothing moves when you shake the box.
  • Put a note inside with your name, address and phone number.

Booking the courier

Either way works: book a courier yourself and keep the receipt, or ask us and we will arrange a collection. Once your clubs arrive and we have checked them, we pay you by bank transfer with the postage added at market rates: see how you get paid.
