How you get paid when you sell your golf clubs
In short
If we call round or you bring your clubs to our unit, we pay you cash once we have seen them and agreed a price. If you post your clubs, we pay you by bank transfer once they arrive and we have checked them, with the postage added.
Selling in person
When we come to you or you bring your clubs to us, we look at the clubs, make you an offer and, if you are happy with it, pay you cash there and then.
Selling by post
- Send us photos and a description. We check what clubs like yours are selling for and reply with a price, usually within 24 hours.
- Once you agree the price, post the clubs to us: how to pack and post golf clubs.
- When the clubs arrive, we check them. If they are as described, we pay you by bank transfer, with the postage added at market rates.
- If something is not right, we contact you straight away.
If you did not tell us about modifications, such as clubs longer or shorter than standard, or the clubs are in clearly worse condition than described, it is the sender’s responsibility to collect them or pay for their return. Full details are on send us your clubs.
